Why are trailers so awful these days? There is really no excuse for an awful trailer. I mean, all right, an average one for a shitty movie, I get. But this trailer is bad; it’s too long, the music is stupid, and it gives away a lot. And it’s Closer, part 700.
Also, side note, Eva Mendes asks in the end, “Are you happy?” I despise when people in movies talk about whether or not ‘they’re happy.’ It’s so literal! I’m reminded of that trailer for that annoying cutesy Ryan Reynolds movie with Abigail Breslin, where she goes, “Dad, you’re not happy.” “Yes I am.” “Trust me, dad, you’re NOT HAPPY.” Boooo. Anyway don’t watch this trailer, it’s stupid.
